Cancellation Policy
We value our customers and follow a flexible cancellation policy:
Before dispatch: If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, weβll cancel it immediately and process a refund.
After dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective product (Non Plant), please Email our Customer Service team within 3 hours of delivery. Our team will review and confirm the issue before proceeding with a resolution.
Not as expected: If the product differs from what was shown or does not meet your expectations, please send email to our Customer Service within 3 hours of delivery for review and resolution.
Refund Policy
We ensure plants are packed carefully; however, minor transit stress is normal.. Please note:
- If an item arrives damaged beyond recovery, contact us within 3 days of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.
If you receive a plant in a dead, severely damaged, or incorrect condition, email us within 24 hours of delivery. Share your Order ID and photos of the plant/planter along with the packaging box atΒ support@tropicalbotanic.comΒ or via WhatsApp:Β +91 89297 82790.
If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10β15 business days to your original payment method.
Replacements are not possible if plants have been repotted after delivery.
- Eligible cases will receive a replacement.

If you receive the wrong product or a damaged product, report it with images within 14 days of delivery. After approval:
